EMILY M. LEWIS

MA, LPC, LCPC, ASCDS

Emily is passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe to show up just as you are. In therapy, she helps you gently examine current thought patterns, discover new coping strategies, and grow into healthier, more empowered ways of thinking and living. From your very first session, you’ll begin exploring practical tools you can use right away.

Her approach focuses on helping you make space for your emotions, build healthier communication in your relationships, and develop meaningful behavioral shifts that truly impact your day-to-day life. Change can be challenging—but with the right support, it’s absolutely worth it.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family Studies from Howard Payne University and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. She has specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is a Certified Autism Spectrum Clinical Disorder Specialist (ASCDS), and is currently completing an Advanced Grief Certification.

Emily brings a wealth of experience working with individuals across all ages and stages of life—supporting both males and females through a wide range of challenges with compassion and care.
